What if my chosen flowers aren't available?
Occasionally, flower substitutions may be necessary due to availability, particularly during major holidays.
We take care to maintain the arrangement's original style, theme, and color scheme, using flowers of equal value. Certain keepsake items may also require substitutions depending on availability.
For arrangements featuring one type of flower, such as all-rose bouquets or orchids, we make every effort to match the requested flower type, although a different color may occasionally be substituted.
Can I personalize my flower arrangement?
Selected arrangements offer personalization options, including custom balloon messages and decorative details.

Do you offer same-day flower delivery?

What are your same-day delivery order deadlines?
Our same-day ordering deadlines for eligible arrangements are:

For sympathy arrangements, we coordinate the service date and time with the funeral home and follow the arrangements confirmed with the funeral director.
Delivery schedules may vary during major holidays, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Do you offer flower pickup?
Yes! Pickup is available for eligible orders at our Orlando and Kissimmee locations.
